Tervasaari

A developing residential, tourism, retail and services area, totalling approximately 40 ha. Well-situated in a coastal location in the city of Hamina, part of the centre area with great connections to the heart of the city.

The quayside in Tervasaari has tourism services, restaurants and coffee shops, a guest harbour, and the Rampsinkari Park area, which has a public beach.

Referred to as an urban green corridor and a common meeting place for residents, the Oolanninpuisto park located east of the Monumental Flag and Flag Square is nearing completion, as are the amazing seaside promenades.

The construction of a day care centre will be completed in early autumn 2019.

Rental homes in a block of flats constructed by Hamina–Asunnot will be completed in 2021.
