He has active customer service and communication skills and excellent knowledge of the Kotka-Hamina region. Jarkko’s responsibilities in the team include data centers and the hydrogen industry.

With a long career in the technology industry, Jukka is responsible for the battery industry and biofuels in the Invest In team. His areas of expertise include international business, investment planning and implementation, and safety and environmental issues.

Matti Rikka
Matti has over 30 years of experience in industry, international business, corporate management, and board work. In the Invest In team, he is responsible for supporting and coordinating battery industry projects, attracting new operators to the region, and developing the Industrial Park concept.
Matti is skilled at managing complex projects and demanding tasks, as well as leading organizations of various sizes across multiple industries.
Heli Toikka
Heli is responsible for communications within the Invest In team. She has been marketing the Kotka-Hamina region her entire career and currently focuses on communicating regional development and new investments.
Heli knows how to combine fact-based communication with storytelling and impactful narratives. She values clear and concise communication and knows how to take different target groups into account in her work. She also has an eye for good event and marketing communications.
