Energy infrastructure company Nevel Oy is planning a biogas plant in Kotka with an annual energy production capacity of about 22 GWh.The plant would enable the utilisation of industrial production and municipal side streams in the energy value chain. The construction of the biogas plant would eventually employ an estimated dozens of professionals.
